unable to open the other users in inbox from OL - as a  Exchange Organization Administrator
Hi team We have have ex2k7 server ,and we are using the built in administrator account who is member of Exchnage Organisation Administrator. We logon on to the client XP system with the admin account and try to create other user profiles in outlook it is asking for the others user username and password while opening the outlook inbox. if i give full Access mailbox permission of other mailbox to administrator i can able to open the outlook without asking the username and password As a whole exchnage organization administartor will the administrator open all the user mailbox ? or we should be provide any aleternate permission Please help

Hi, This is normal. By default, Exchange organization administrators do not have the "Full Access" permission of users ‘mailbox. You need to get the Full Access Permission manually. However, by default, Exchange organization administrators have "Send As" permissions for all users. If you want to get the full access permisson of all mailboxes, you run the following command: Get-Mailbox -server <serverName> | Add-MailboxPermission -User administrator -AccessRights FullAccess
